A fantastically fun 2 day workshop that covers defence techniques over a range of common and realistic attack scenarios. The techniques are easy-to-follow and guided by trained and professional instructors. A highly recommended course for anyone wishing to increase their chances of successfully protecting themselves or loved ones against attackers.

The weekend PPM Level 1 course is something I strongly endorse, not just for the physical training, but also for the mental awareness. Understanding our society and how to avoid the need for extensive violence, and how to minimize any legal repercussions, is very important.

Having involved and passionate instructors in a positive environment resulted in me being able to take away so much more than basic self defence techniques.

As a woman I wanted to learn a practical self defence system in a safe environment that gave me the ability to both defuse situations and defend myself if needed.  I now feel more confident that I could defend myself if I needed and also feel I have greater skills to avoid conflict all together . Since doing this course I have used the skills I have learnt on more than one occasion. True eye opener.
