For approved organisations, PPM Australia develop and run fully customised courses. This includes Private Companies, Government Agencies, Police, Military and Private Security Operators both in Australia and internationally.
Course content and scenario testing is fully customised. Considerations such as job descriptions, equipment, rules of legal force, levels of authority and the threats personnel are faced with and required to manage are all taken into account.
Delivery of these programs is managed by specialist teams with personal experience in working in these fields. Team member backgrounds include active military service, policing, security and training roles. Team members are selected to work on the development and delivery of our customised programs based on their personal skill sets and experience.
For larger organisations looking to build an ongoing PPM training capability we develop ‘train the trainer’ programs.
